Meet your Trainer, Peter
COVID hit, and soon after, my 36-year-old wife was diagnosed with stage-4 cancer. Overnight, life became survival mode: the loss of her income, two young teens at home, a mortgage, and financial pressure that never let up.
I was carrying everything—caregiving, parenting, work, and worry—I hit the wall. I burned out. I was struggling… but there was a way through.
Six months later, my wife passed away. My heart was broken. I was in my own version of burnout. One of the last things she said to me was:
“Peter, I couldn’t have lived well without you. You coached me through this. It’s who you are and what you do.”
That moment clarified my calling. I wanted to coach & empower individuals going through hard things.
Today, I am a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, helping individuals and organizations reduce burnout, strengthen resilience, and build cultures of sustainable well-being. My programs are designed to improve employee engagement, protect well-being, and enhance productivity and profitability—when people are well, organizations thrive.
