Coaching Session Changes/Cancellations/Refunds (Excluding Group Coaching Sessions)

I, Your Coach, request that you make our coaching sessions a priority. In the event that you need to reschedule, reschedule using the links in the session confirmation emails. Likewise, I may also need to reschedule a session on occasion. I will give you as much notice as possible and try to reschedule as conveniently as possible. We do not refund for sessions cancelled or rescheduled. If there are reasons you will not be able to make it and can not reschedule, please email your coach to clarify. Based on the reasons given, we will accommodate up to 4 sessions within the month following the completion of your coaching package time period.

Group Coaching Sessions Changes/Cancellations/Refunds

The nature of Group Sessions is time sensitive. Therefore, there will be no refunds or rescheduling offered for any missed sessions. The time and dates of the sessions will be regular each week and will be communicated prior to your purchase. You are responsible for your attendance. Sessions will not be recorded or saved for later viewing for confidentiality reasons.

Mastermind Cancellations/Refunds

The times and dates of Mastermind are communicated prior to and at the point of purchase. Therefore, there will be no refunds or rescheduling offered if cancellation is within 7 days or less. You are responsible for your attendance. Masterminds will not be recorded or saved for later viewing for confidentiality reasons. Masterminds may be offered both digitally and in person. In some cases (not guaranteed), it is possible to switch certain types of registrations. Should a Mastermind be cancelled, however unlikely, by Courageous U, a full refund will be initiated.
